The EXP cap is at 1 million, you advance up to 100k which has a level limit of 100, then from there it is a gradient curve where you gain, say 25k exp and advance 10 ... Also if a mod that adds dinos is added but a dino wipe isnt done, then modded ones wont spawn until existing dinos despawn and it will be over time. 2.
