Apparently the geniuses at Ford allow the starter to turn over, but some ECM somewhere was NOT getting enough voltage to start the engine. So, with a battery with low voltage (12.0 to about 13.00 volts) and/or week charge depth, the starter turns, but it won't start.

The dealer told me $500 for a pump and $500 labor (I want what they're smoking).
