I don't have a good place to work on the truck and I had surgery on my shoulder 6 weeks ago, so getting under there and dropping the tank is pretty much out. Has anybody cut an access panel from above to get at it? if so ... Now if you do replace the pump, obviously the less gas in the tank the better. Jack up the back end and support with jackstands.
